Terms of use:

Our product is specially designed to work in toilets, urinals and sinks that are made of vitreous china. (Some toilet bowls/urinals/sinks made from composite plastics, may not experience the same adhesion as vitreous china products). Our product may not work in all forms of these units – the products may not adhere for as long as stated if the instructions we include on both our website and in our packaged product are not followed. We make no warranties and provide no guarantees that our product will work in your specific brand of toilet/urinal/sink. But what we do know is that we have tested our product on a number of toilet/urinal/sink brands and we have chosen a printable vinyl material that has the best adhesion as compared to most products in the marketplace that you would own in your home or business. If you feel your toilet would not be compatible with our product, then do not buy our product.

Our product is for entertainment purposes only and we make no representations that it will serve any other purpose. Our product is a gag gift, which plays a parody on the characters we have chosen to sell. Our product in no way is a direct hate crime, derogation, or insult on/to the public figures chosen. This is a gag. If you do not like our product, then do not buy our product, it’s as simple as that. We are aware of the fact that not everyone will appreciate our product. It has a specific niche, and we hope that anyone with a sense of humor will love to add an extra element of fun to their daily routines in the bathroom.

Disclaimer:

We will not be held responsible for any misuse/misconduct of our product. If you notice the PooPeeTarget is not adhering properly to your toilet/urinal/sink, etc. you must remove it immediately. There will be no refunds if our product does not work properly. There will be no reimbursements of any kind if our product discolors or otherwise affects your toilet/urinal/sink, etc.

We expressly disclaim any and all liability and responsibility if you flush our product down your toilet/drain/etc. We will provide no reimbursement for any maintenance fees, plumbing fees, or any other related fees or charges you may have to pay to fix any problems attributable to our product.

Our product is meant for use in toilets, urinals and sinks. You should not place a PooPeeTarget onto a shower floor or bathtub floor. Even though they will stick to these surfaces if dried properly, it is not recommended. A person could slip or fall due to these improper placements which we neither condone nor recommend, in fact – don’t do it. PooPeeTargets are not ASTM rated for anti-slip purposes. You agree that we will not be held responsible for use on any of these circumstances stated above, nor for any other unintended uses of a PooPeeTarget.

PooPeeTargets are not meant to be stuck to cars/vehicles. Although they are made of a cast vinyl, which is rated for cars/vehicles, do not place these on cars that belong to other people. If adhered to car/vehicles, PooPeeTargets may cause the paint to chip off when removed. What you adhere to your own vehicle is up to you.

PooPeeTargets are vinyl stickers and can be adhered to almost any smooth, clean, dry surface. You agree that we will not be held responsible for any damage a PooPeeTarget may cause to any surfaces they are adhered to. Use at your own risk.

Credits:

The images we have used in our products are all used in accordance with applicable laws. Our images are free use images that we have gathered from copyright free websites which have provided an attribution license so that we can share – copy, distribute and transmit the work for commercial purposes, as well as Remix – i.e. adapt the work.

The Attribution license used provides that — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

We also use an Attribution/Share-Alike 2.0 Generic license so that we can Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work for commercial purposes, as well as to Remix — to adapt the work.

The Share Alike license used provides that — If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one.

We are fulfilling our end of the contract by hereby naming and providing links to the photographers that have taken the photos we have used in our products.

Our product is for entertainment purposes only and we make no representation that it will serve any other purpose. Our product is a gag gift and if you choose to send us in your own photographs of yourself or someone else you know, you hereby attest and agree that the person in the photograph has agreed to have the PooPeeTarget made of their image. You also hereby attest and agree that you - own the copyright, or have the agreement of the copyright owner to use the photograph - for any photograph you send to us to have a custom PooPeeTarget made. You hereby agree to indemnify and defend us against any and all claims instituted by the persons in the photograph, the holder of the copyright to the photograph, and/or any governmental authority, in any adjudicatory matter or court of law.

Custom PooPeeTargets are a way you can take your own photographs and use them in a fun and playful manner. If you choose to send in a photograph that you have taken of a person, animal, object, piece of artwork or any images in general that you would like us to make a custom PooPeeTarget for your own personal use, please view our content guidelines below to find out what is considered acceptable.

We disclaim any and all liability for imagery you upload for custom PooPeeTargets. By ordering a custom PooPeeTarget you hereby agree to the terms of this Disclaimer including indemnifying and defending us. We will not be held responsible for any misuse of images uploaded. By sending us your custom PooPeeTarget you attest that you have permission from anyone in the picture other than yourself. For example: do not take a photograph of your teacher without permission, and then try to make a custom PooPeeTarget of your teacher. We do not want these orders. If you do not agree with this policy, or if you cannot comply with every aspect of this Disclaimer policy, then do not send us your custom PooPeeTarget order.

Content Usage Policy

This Content Usage Policy sets forth the guidelines for use of content through the PooPeeTargets Service. Users of the PooPeeTargets Service are responsible for making sure their content complies with this Content Usage Policy. If you believe a user is infringing upon your intellectual property rights please use the process set forth in our Intellectual Property Rights Policy. Questionable Material & Prohibited Content

All content being used in connection with the PooPeeTargets Service will be graded in house as custom orders come in. View our General Guidelines and Prohibited Content Paragraphs below to get a better idea of what we will turn down as far as making a custom PooPeeTarget is concerned.

Prohibited Content - General Guidelines

  • Content that may infringe on the rights of a third party.
  • Items that make inappropriate use of Nazi symbols and glamorize the actions of Hitler.
  • Use of marks that signify hate towards another group of people for any reason.
  • Hate and/or racist terms or images.
  • Inappropriate content or nudity that is not artistic in nature.
  • Content that exploits images or the likeness of minors.
  • Obscene and vulgar comments and offensive remarks that harass, threaten, defame or abuse others such as F*** (Ethnic Group).
  • Content that depicts violence, is obscene, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or threatening such as an image of a murder victim, morgue shots, promotion of suicide, etc.
  • Content that glamorizes the use of "hard core" illegal substances and drugs.
  • Material that is generally offensive or in bad taste, as determined by PooPeeTargets.com.

The list outlined above should NOT be construed as an exhaustive list of offensive material but rather as a general guideline for you to follow.

PLEASE NOTE: PooPeeTargets has millions of users from varied backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures, who differ in their views about what is considered offensive and acceptable. We recognize that with such global diversity there will be differences about what is considered offensive and that someone somewhere in the world may be offended by the opinions, perspectives and creative expressions of some of our users. We ask that all users respect each others' right to express themselves in a manner consistent with this Content Usage Policy.

Examples of Prohibited Content

In accordance with intellectual property laws, PooPeeTargets has certain rules regarding the types of products that we can make and sell through its service.

For example:

  • NO UNOFFICIAL MERCHANDISE, such as professional sports teams, videogame or Olympics merchandise.
  • NO use of names, logos, pictures or other intellectual property of musical groups or musical artists. For example, you cannot make Britney Spears merchandise simply because you run a fan-based Britney Spears website or just because you downloaded her image from an internet website. You also cannot modify the name or other intellectual property of a musical group and avoid infringement, (e.g., using Metalika instead of Metallica).
  • NO use of names, logos, pictures, or other intellectual property of sports teams, colleges/universities, clubs, or organizations such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Harvard University, or The Boy Scouts. Modifications may not avoid infringement.
  • NO photos, logos, caricatures, or other artwork depicting celebrities, such as Michael Jackson or Madonna, or other third parties. Just because you take a photograph of a celebrity does not give you the right to use that photograph on merchandise, even if you digitally manipulate the photograph. Political figures are permissible because there is an exception to the general rule for political figures.
  • NO use of trademarks, names, or logos of companies. For example, you cannot use the name of a company such as Nike or company logo such as the Nike "swoosh" trademark.
  • NO pictures or photographs of products (such as toys). Even if you own a product, trademark laws may still prohibit you from selling merchandise that features pictures of it. For example, you cannot take a picture of your Barbie and sell Barbie merchandise with that picture.
